Bihar e-Governance Services & Technologies Limited (BeST)
is an IT solutions company based in Patna, Bihar. It is a
joint venture of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Service
Limited (IL&FS) and Govt. of Bihar, established in 2006 with
strong focus on e-Governance. BeST provides cost-effective
and high quality solutions to the citizens of Bihar.
It has a strategic
relationship with Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited
(BELTRON) and IL&FS for the execution of e-Governance projects. BeST is
providing Consultancy Services for different e-Governance project in the state
of Bihar. BeST is also responsible to develop and manage the e-Governance
